建设工程法律事务部系本所旨在为客户提供专业化、精细化房地产开发及建设工程法律服务而设立的业务部门。该部门由本所在建设工程、房地产法律业务领域具有资深经验的律师牵头组成；部门律师均具有为房地产企业、建筑企业提供日常法律服务、为工程项目建设提供专项法律服务的丰富经验和大量成功业绩。

在建设工程(包括市政、公路、水利水电、铁路和房建工程)及房地产法律服务领域，我们提供的服务分为常年法律顾问和专项法律服务，主要包括：为房地产开发企业及施工企业提供日常运营风险管理及各种合同文本的起草与审查；在包括土地整理、征收及取得，项目前期手续的办理，项目收购与转让，项目融资，项目招、投标，项目验收与结算，物业预售、销售、转让、租赁，物业管理等项目开发各个阶段提供全过程法律服务；为房地产合作开发、EPC总承包、委托代建、BT项目、政府与社会资本合作PPP模式等各种建设模式提供专项法律服务。

Business Scope

In construction projects (including municipal, highway, hydropower, railway and housing construction) and real estate areas, our legal services are divided into perennial legal counsel and special legal services, including: providing real estate development enterprises and construction enterprises with daily operation risk-management and various contract text-drafting and review; providing full-process legal services on land consolidation, land acquisition, pre-project formalities, project acquisition and transfer, project financing, project recruitment, bidding, project acceptance and settlement, property pre-sale, sales, transfer, leasing, property management and other projects; providing special legal services on real estate joint development, EPC general contracting, agent construction, BT projects, government and social capital cooperation PPP model and other construction models.
