涉外法律事务部是本所为政府、企业、事业单位和公民个人在具有涉外因素的民商事活动中提供法律服务的专业部门，其主要功能是解决涉外民商事活动中本国法律法规与外国法律法规、国际公约、双边或多边条约之间在程序上和实体上的衔接问题。涉外法律事务部团队成员由具有涉外法律工作经验、欧美留学经历、大中专院校从事法律外语教学与研究的律师、教授组成。

业务范围

本业务部可以在国际投资、跨国并购、国际贸易、国际融资、海外上市、国际诉讼及仲裁、涉外婚姻、收养、继承、知识产权等业务中为当事人提供法律服务。也为本所其他业务部门在办理涉外因素的业务中与相应国家和地区的法律服务机构、仲裁机构以及与相应国家和地区的法律法规、国家条约与国际公约之间的无缝对接提供技术上的支持。

International Legal Affairs Department

We have a professional department that provides legal services to governments, enterprises, institutions and individual citizens in civil and commercial activities with foreign-related factors; its main function is to solve problems of procedural and physical interface between domestic laws/regulations and foreign laws/regulations, international conventions, bilateral or multilateral treaties in foreign civil and commercial activities. The department team members are composed of lawyers and professors with foreign legal work experience, studying in Europe and the United States, and engaging in foreign language teaching and research in colleges and universities. 

Business Scope

The Department provides legal services to clients in international investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international trade, international financing, overseas listing, international litigation and arbitration, foreign-related marriage, adoption, inheritance, intellectual property rights, etc. It also provides technical support for seamless interface between business units and legal service agencies, arbitration institutions and laws, regulations, national treaties and international conventions of respective countries and regions in the business of handling foreign-related factors.
