业务范围

主要提供常年法律顾问、专项法律服务和行政诉讼案件办理。对政府起草或拟发布的规范性文件提供法律意见或建议；就政府决策提供法律意见，或对决策进行法律论证；向政府提供国家有关法律信息，就政府管理中的法律问题提出建议；为政府采购活动的依法进行提供法律保障；协助政府进行法制宣传教育；代理政府或相对人参与行政诉讼、行政复议、非诉纠纷等各类行政争议问题的法律咨询、诉讼服务；其他涉及政府及个人行政事务法律服务。

Government and Administrative Legal Affairs Department

This department was specifically established to implement the Party and State requirements of the government's legal counsel system, with the aim of providing professional legal services to governments at all levels and their functional departments, as well as to clients concerned with administrative and legal matters. The department is composed of experienced lawyers who are familiar with government functions and administrative law, and the team is highly proficient in the application of executive-related laws, with extensive practical experience, extensive service resources and extensive record of success in these areas.

Business Scope

We provide perennial legal counsel, special legal services and handle administrative litigation cases. We provide legal bases for major administrative decisions and major administrative actions of the government, provide legal advice on drafting or publication of normative documents, provide legal services for handling law-related cases, letters and visits and major sudden or mass incidents, provide legal expertise for government procurement activities in accordance with the law, assist the government in conducting legal publicity and education, and participate in administrative review, litigation, arbitration and other administrative disputes.
